From beginning to end the experience was amazing. Having the paperwork to fill out beforehand from my referring dentist and the call for information from Dr. Coyles office was much appreciated. With such a busy and sometime hectic schedule, having it this way allowed time to fit it in where time allowed and to keep anxiety down upon arrival. The staff, from reception...Vickie--making you feel welcomed and at home; to consultation...with Dr. Coyle and his assistant Ashley; then to Kristen, who gathered additional information and set up the appointment for the extraction, the reminder call; until the morning came to complete the process...went like clockwork. The morning of the procedure, being Met by Jessie, Dr. Coyle's assistant, in a very cordial way and taken back to the area of operation and joined by a young trainee...Haley, made the atmosphere very pleasant which made for an easy feeling. The personal interest shown is one that will keep me coming back for future services. As a matter of fact...I came for services about 20 years ago with Dr. Coyle senior and so keeping it in the family proved to be the wise choice. They say "the acorn doesn't fall far from the tree." Certainly true in this case as far as expertise. My Doctor was "Coyled" and ready to strike that extraction off his list. Which he did with skill and precision. His chair side manner and explanation of what was happening made it easy to trust him. Good customer service is a skill of caring and treating others like you would want to be treated.
